Regional Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Growth Marketing Specialist to drive regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop all digital marketing channels ranging from search engine advertising, search engine optimization, customer relationship management, partnerships to affiliates.
  • Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
  • Similar experience in Tourism & Travel industry, preferably in Campervan rental.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
