Radiography Service Manager

This is a compelling chance for an accomplished radiology professional to assume the role of Chief Radiographer, overseeing medical imaging services at our South West Health Campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high-quality efficient medical imaging services for patients and referrers.
- Coordinate and supervise operational activities of Medical Imaging Technologists, Clinical Assistants, and Patient Care Assistant teams.
- Develop and manage rosters for clinical staff at SWHC.
- Ensure safe and efficient use of equipment, resolve faults/issues, and advise management on respective matters.
- Collaborate with management to drive growth and development of radiology services.
- Oversee quality assurance monitoring and physicist testing across site.
- Liaise with Radiologists, modality supervisors, and staff.
Strong leadership skills, combined with a proven record in training and teaching, are essential to achieving technical direction and having a real impact on patient outcomes. Proficiency in General X-ray, DEXA, CT, Fluoroscopy, Angiography, and Mammography is also required.
