The Role
As our Senior Service Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the service department, leading from the front to ensure exceptional customer experiences, high operational efficiency, and a positive, high-performance culture. You'll be supported by a capable leadership team and the latest workshop facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a large team of service advisors, technicians and support staff
• Drive performance to achieve and exceed manufacturer and dealership KPIs
• Ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and safety standards are upheld
• Implement strategies for continual growth and process improvement

About You

• Proven track record as a Service Manager or Senior Service Manager in the automotive industry
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and KPIs
• Mitsubishi experience advantageous, but not essential
