Job Description
  • Coordinate the design, development, implementation and facilitation of customer experience training programs for our Customer Experience team.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and positive customer experiences.
  • Provide support and coordinate training for the Customer Experience team.
  • Recommend improvements and modify work processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing, developing and implementing effective training programs for the Customer Experience team.
  2. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Providing ongoing support and guidance to the Customer Experience team.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Workplace Training & Assessment (certificate, diploma or degree).
  • Proven experience in developing training documentation and processes.
  • Expertise in customer resolution and complaints handling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
