Hospital Receptionist

Western Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a permanent part-time Hospital Receptionist. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service experiences for patients and visitors, working collaboratively with colleagues, and utilizing effective communication skills.

As a Hospital Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and patients, handling inquiries, admissions, and discharges.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will also have experience in customer service, administration, and data entry, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.

This is a permanent part-time position working a minimum of 4 days a week, with varying shift times from 5:30am to 1:30pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm.
