We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Training Specialist to join our team at Greater Western Water Limited.

About the Role

This is a fixed term 12-month full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $104,000 plus 11.5% superannuation.

The successful candidate will be based in our Footscray office, close to the train station, and will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the design, development, implementation, and facilitation of training programs for our Customer Experience team.
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers a positive customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and coordinate training for the Customer Experience team.
  • Recommend improvements and modify work processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Complete required training schedules in a timely and proficient manner.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining work procedures and instructions.
  • Proven experience in developing training documentation, processes, and procedures within the customer service/experience sector.
  • Expertise across customer resolution and complaints handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Qualification in Workplace Training & Assessment certificate, diploma or degree is essential.
