Job Opportunity: Assistant Brewer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our brewery as an assistant brewer.

The role is a casual, three-day-a-week position with opportunities to increase hours for the right candidate.

Based in Sydney, you will work alongside our master brewer to expand your knowledge of the brewing process and learn from the best.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging.
  • Operate brewing equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Participate in taste testing and quality control.
  • Perform general bar and brewery duties.
  • Maintain a valid RSA certification.
