About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Brewer to join our team at Australia's oldest pub brewery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging.
  • Operate brewing equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Participate in taste testing and quality control.
  • Perform general bar and brewery duties.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years brewing experience in a professional brewery.

  • A keen eye for quality and consistency in brewing.
