We are seeking an experienced Assistant Brewer to join our vibrant and supportive team passionate about craft beer.

- Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging.
- Operate brewing equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Participate in taste testing and quality control.
- Perform general bar and brewery duties.
- Maintain a valid RSA certification.
- Experience as a Brewer: A minimum of 2 years brewing experience in a professional brewery.
- Enthusiasm for Craft Beer: A genuine passion for craft beer and brewing.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and consistency in brewing.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to our brewery culture.
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing excellent craft beer.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between our two brewery locations during work hours.
This is a casual, three-day-a-week position with the opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate. The role is based in Sydney.
