Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionateMarketing Specialistto join our team in Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes both craft beer and marketing, with strong knowledge of social media, branding, and current trends in the Australian beer scene.
You will be responsible for driving and maintaining the company's marketing strategy, working closely with our internal team to increase brand presence and consumer engagement across digital and physical platforms.
Your role will involve staying up to date with beer events, industry trends, and cultural movements that align with Latin Beer's identity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies that align with brand goals and vision.
Ensure and coordinate the presence of the brand in events
Oversee content planning and delivery across social media, email, and website platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand presence and consistency.
Coordinate and represent the brand at relevant beer festivals, industry events, and activations across Australia.
Identify opportunities for brand visibility and partnerships in the local market.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns across retail and hospitality channels.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics and customer engagement.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of the Australian craft beer market and consumer trends.
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Valid Driver License P+
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Strong creativity with a keen eye for branding and storytelling.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Availability to attend events and activations, occasionally outside standard business hours.
Passion for Latin American culture and beer is a strong advantage.
