Job Title:

Brewery Sales Ambassador

Raise the standard of craft beer sales in your territory by excelling at a dynamic role that brings stories to life.

We're seeking a driven and creative professional to manage key accounts, launch standout activations, and be the go-to person for everything in their area.

As our top performer, you'll balance strategic thinking with on-the-ground hustle, delivering memorable customer experiences and results that speak for themselves. Your passion for craft beer, storytelling, and community will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow customer relationships
  • Maintain an efficient call cycle, ensuring visibility and service are top-notch
  • Execute activations, events, and festivals with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with local impact
  • Create impactful POS and digital content that reflects the brand tone and values
  • Support contract brewing relationships, ensuring brand representation is consistent
  • Report safety incidents and maintain compliance across all regulatory areas (e.g., RSA, AML, WHS)
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives like retailer pitches, promotional plans, and trade presentations

You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in beverage or hospitality sales—craft beer or FMCG a major plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Creative thinker who's eager to contribute ideas and elevate the brand in-market
  • Driver's license required; willingness to get out there and make it happen
  • Comfortable with feedback, learning on the fly, and pitching in as part of a close-knit team
  • Natural relationship-builder with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for craft beer, storytelling, and community
