Role Overview

We seek an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth by visiting new and potential clients, including pubs, bars, restaurants, and bottle shops. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and visit new accounts within the target area to introduce and sell our beer range.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our distribution network.
  • Conduct tastings and product demonstrations to showcase the quality of our beers.
  • Provide market feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotions and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in sales (preferably in the beverage or hospitality industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Possession of a passion for craft beer and a good understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
