Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Airport Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mackay Airport. As a key member of our Check-In Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth travel experiences for airline passengers.

About the Role:

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure they have a pleasant experience from check-in to departure.
  • Verify travel documents, assign seats, and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers efficiently.
  • Assist with gate boarding procedures and marshal passengers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Process travel documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the Check-In Crew to achieve seamless passenger flow.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in tasks, adhering to established standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
