Mackay Airport is an exciting place to work, and as a Customer Service Representative with Oceania Ground Force, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers.

Our team blends cutting-edge technology and equipment with a hands-on management approach to ensure exceptional service quality.

In this role, you will greet customers warmly at check-in, process and verify travel documents, assign seats, issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers, assist with gate boarding procedures, and marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.
