Market Growth and Development Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive market growth and development strategies for our Australian market. This key role will focus on developing, directing, and executing initiatives that strengthen relationships with independent associates and empower them to effectively promote our products and business opportunity.

This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales or industry experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer software and internet resources, and have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets for the Australian market
  • Maintain relationships with existing key associates and identify new and potential leaders
  • Develop and implement recognition and incentive programs to reward associates' successful behavior
  • Plan and execute training programs for associates at different skill levels within the company
  • Manage a team of individuals and provide leadership and mentorship for individual growth
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, health-related science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of sales or industry experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to interface with associates and employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in computer software and internet resources
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
