Strategic Growth Director

This senior leadership role plays a pivotal part in driving business expansion across the ANZ cluster.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to determine and execute key projects, contributing to strategic growth and development.
  • Develop annual strategic plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Foster partnerships with various departments, leading high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, cost improvements, or core capability enhancements.

We seek candidates with:

  • A master's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in an MBA, Master in Management, or Economics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as strategy consulting, banking, or FMCG/retail.
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic projects from concept to implementation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, transforming data into actionable insights.
  • A structured approach, prioritizing effectively.
  • A pragmatic attitude, with hands-on experience and a positive mindset towards change.
  • Strong communication skills for various audiences.
  • Highest integrity, professionalism, and conscientiousness in stakeholder dealings.
