Highly Skilled Technical Training Specialist

As a Technical Training Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of Product and Marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training initiatives that enhance the technical knowledge and skills of employees, customers, and partners. You will oversee compliance and training nationally, leading a team of two technical specialists as direct reports.
This role offers a great balance of hands-on technical expertise and the opportunity to shape the future of training and development within the company. If you are passionate about growing your training career, this could be the right next step for you to autonomously develop and implement the technical strategy for various product offerings using the latest digital and AI technology to build the brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for internal employees, external customers, and partners on the use of lubricants, oils, and associated products.
- Create a variety of training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops.
- Assess training needs across the organisation and tailor programs to meet both current and future business needs.
- Lead the development of training schedules, workshops, and events, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and track the success of training programs, gathering feedback and measuring results to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Operations to ensure that training initiatives support business goals.
- Mentor and guide other trainers and team members in the delivery of technical training across the business.
- Work with customers and partners to provide tailored technical training solutions that enhance product knowledge and usage.
Benefits and Requirements:
- A competitive salary of approximately AUD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
