Job Description

The Technical Training Specialist - Rolling Stock Maintenance will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training to ensure necessary knowledge transfer to maintenance staff for the X'Trapolis 2.0 train type.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – mandatory.
  • Certificate III in Electrical Trade – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a Rolling Stock Maintenance Environment or equivalent field – mandatory.
Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
  • Experience in developing training programs
  • Ability to independently manage multiple resources
Location

This role will require travel to multiple locations within Melbourne for module development and delivery. A valid driver's license is essential.
