Job Title: Technical Training Delivery Supervisor

Salary: AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Delivery Supervisor to lead our training programs across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of technical training, including curriculum, new model training, and performance improvement activities.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in education and training or previous experience in technical training. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage people and teams effectively.

You will oversee the implementation of facilities, equipment, and trainer requirements to support training delivery based on the Ford Global Technical Training Operating Guide (TTOG). Additionally, you will review technical training materials and make market-relevant adjustments to maintain high-quality training.

Our ideal candidate will have above-average proficiency with MS Office products, knowledge of training plans, development practices, and delivery techniques, as well as service in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in education and training or previous experience in technical training
