Service Supervisor NSW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to lead and supervise our team of Service Technicians at Diverseco Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing efficient services, supervising the output, safety, and quality of the team, and driving productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead the team of Service Technicians to ensure the required productivity, customer, and quality system needs are met.
- Respond to all service calls, book customer service requests, and coordinate service technician attendance for service agreements, calibrations, installations, and breakdowns with a high level of accuracy.
- Work collectively with the service team to effectively plan and organize local and intrastate service jobs for the Service Technicians, while operating within job cost requirements.
- Collaborate with the State Manager to drive increasing service revenue and maximize chargeable hours.
- Grow and develop our contracted and non-contracted customer database through proactive and responsive service provision and communications.
- Complete all service call invoicing by month's end.
- Establish strong rapport with customers, suppliers, and managers to provide advice on the best approaches, methods, and time required for scheduled work.
- Assist with the training and mentoring of staff through the provision of regular and ongoing feedback, including actionable and dated communications.
- Closely monitor customer service reports, time sheets, invoices, and expense reports associated with Service Staff and Diverseco's customers to maintain and improve customer compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure that inventory allocation for service work is completed and accurate, including coordination with the inventory control function to ensure availability of stock, spares, and consumables.
- Immediately respond to and resolve issues associated with compliance of local, state, and federal government legislation as it applies to electrical and measurement trades, including applicable quality standards.
- Implement and maintain annual performance reviews and development plans for the team.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical service supervision role with solid leadership and people management experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience completing performance management processes to develop and grow the team, supervising trade-based teams in an industrial environment, and possessing a strong technical aptitude.
They will also have outstanding customer service skills, a positive and can-do attitude, and strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and following through on all service, reporting, and compliance requirements.
