Job Title: ICT Supervisor



This is an exciting opportunity to lead our ICT Service Integration Team within the Service Management Business Unit.



As an ICT Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework, ensuring procurement and contractual obligations are met, and providing a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.



You will also be responsible for coordinating activities across several teams and supporting the management activities of ICT.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Establish and maintain the SIAM framework
  • Ensure procurement and contractual obligations are met
  • Provide high-level service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities across several teams
  • Support ICT management activities


Requirements:




  • Proven experience in business planning and support
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in ICT service management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Working Arrangements:



This is a full-time role with a 35-hour working week. The successful candidate will be required to work in Sydney Olympic Park, with flexible working arrangements considered.
