Job Title: Smart Metering NSW Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smart Metering NSW Supervisor to join our team at HRG. As a Smart Metering NSW Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient installation of smart meters in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in the installation of smart meters in NSW
  • Ensure the safe and efficient installation of smart meters
  • Monitor and report on team performance and progress
  • Develop and implement training programs for technicians
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Relevant tickets & licences for a Smart Metering Technician, including full Aussie driving licence, Electrical licence, White Card, First Aid, LVR CPR and Testing of Connections to LV
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
