About the Role:

Diverseco Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to lead and supervise our team of Service Technicians in NSW. As a key member of the technical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes of the Diverseco Technical Services in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the team of Service Technicians to ensure the required productivity, customer, and quality system needs are met.
  • Respond to all service calls, book customer service requests, and coordinate service technician attendance for service agreements, calibrations, installations, and breakdowns.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to effectively plan and organise local and intrastate service jobs for the Service Technicians, while operating within job cost requirements.
  • Provide supervision and guidance for safety requirements such as Take 5's, toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government legislation.
  • Collaborate with the State Manager to drive increasing service revenue and maximise chargeable hours.
  • Establish strong rapport with customers, suppliers, and managers to provide advice on the best approaches, methods, and time required for scheduled work.
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of staff through the provision of regular and ongoing feedback.
  • Monitor customer service reports, time sheets, invoices, and expense reports associated with Service Staff and Diverseco's customers.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical service supervision role with solid leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience completing performance management processes to develop and grow the team.
  • Experience supervising trade-based teams in an industrial environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to relate to and communicate effectively with the Service Technicians, sub-contractors, and other trades persons.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and high level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Field Service Management (FSM) business system is highly desirable.
