About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Service Supervisor to lead and supervise our team of Service Technicians.

Operating since 1992, Diverseco Pty Ltd has built on its capabilities to become a leading solutions provider that supplies and services various industries and applications.

The successful candidate will drive the productivity, customer satisfaction & quality outcomes of the Diverseco Technical Services in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the team of Service Technicians to meet productivity, customer and quality system needs.
  • Respond to service calls, book customer service requests, and coordinate service technician attendance for service agreements, calibrations, installations and breakdowns.
  • Work with the service team to plan and organise local and intrastate service jobs for the Service Technicians, operating within job cost requirements.
  • Collaborate with the State Manager to drive increasing service revenue and maximise chargeable hours.
  • Complete service call invoicing by month's end.
  • Establish strong rapport with customers, suppliers and managers to provide advice on approaches, methods and time required for scheduled work.
  • Assist with staff training and mentoring through regular and ongoing feedback.
  • Monitor customer service reports, time sheets, invoices and expense reports associated with Service Staff and Diverseco's customers.
  • Ensure accurate inventory allocation for service work and coordinate with the inventory control function.
  • Respond to and resolve issues associated with compliance of local, state and federal government legislation.
