Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives as a key member of our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing global enterprises and navigating complex digital journeys. They will expertly steer clients through their transformation by enabling the enterprise with an AI-powered core that prioritizes change execution, and empowering businesses with agile digital solutions at scale to deliver unprecedented levels of performance and customer delight.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive innovation and growth through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop strategic plans
  • Create project plans, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria as needed
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose solutions for identified gaps
  • Prepare system designs, process flows/maps, and presentations
  • Create functional solution designs addressing business, interface, and performance requirements
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM based on requirements
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators
  • Review functional test cases against acceptance criteria
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact throughout project phases, manage issues and risks, and ensure on-time delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a functional lead on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
  • Proficiency in creating process flows using Visio or equivalent tools
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
  • Hands-on experience with D365 CRM product configurations
