Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of strategic and tactical digital initiatives within cross-functional teams.

About The Role

This leadership position reports to the Head of Digital Platform, overseeing the delivery of outcomes and outputs through the domain (Omni Digital, Store Operations and Team Member Technologies business unit), ensuring optimal lifecycle management of scalable, fit-for-purpose platforms that reduce complexity, risk, and cost.

  • Supports the delivery of efficient, effective, and sustainable business change within Domain.
  • Collaborates closely with technical team members, Digital Product Owners, and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down work into manageable stages (iterations).
  • Aligns squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps.
  • Facilitates agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums.
  • Removes delivery blockers and manages risks, dependencies, and financials.
  • Communicates progress to senior stakeholders and Group Executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and project management skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering large-scale digital projects and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
