Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have significant delivery experience in agile environments, a proven track record of delivering IT projects involving software implementations, and strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives.

This role involves:

  • Spearheading the delivery of efficient, effective, and sustainable business change within our domain
  • Collaborating with technical team members, digital product owners, and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down work into manageable stages (iterations)
  • Aligning squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums
  • Removing delivery blockers and managing risks, dependencies, and financials
  • Communicating progress to senior stakeholders and group executives

This role offers flexibility to be based in either Brisbane or Sydney, with a hybrid work model. You'll thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and agile delivery environment and have a deep understanding of delivery frameworks, tools, and techniques.
