Digital Transformation Lead

This role offers the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team in delivering strategic and tactical digital initiatives. As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will drive the delivery of outcomes and outputs through agile methodologies, managing scalable, fit-for-purpose platforms that reduce complexity, risk, and cost.

About The Role
  • Supporting business change within a domain by delivering efficient, effective, and sustainable processes.
  • Collaborating with technical team members, product owners, and stakeholders to define a delivery roadmap and break down work into manageable stages.
  • Aligning squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps to ensure seamless execution.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums, to foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Removing delivery blockers, managing risks, dependencies, and financials to ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicating progress to senior stakeholders and executives to ensure transparency and alignment.
About You
  • Prior experience in agile environments, leading IT projects involving software implementations.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement, including senior executives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional delivery, manage complex dependencies, and communicate effectively with various audiences.
