Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work on architectural projects in the Melbourne Design office, including client liaison, design, contract documentation and contract administration.
  • Assist the Principal or Project Manager in day-to-day operations of the office and specific projects.
  • Take responsibility for time management of assigned jobs and maintain accurate daily records.
  • Attend office meetings and provide regular reports on individual tasks and projects under their responsibility.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of office systems, processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • Sound experience in contract documentation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural project delivery and BIM technical coordination.
  • Demonstrable skills in design, presentation and technical skills.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and other drafting and presentation software.
  • Effective organisation, planning and prioritisation skills for task management.
  • Problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
