Our Client

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of architectural projects, including client liaison, design, contract documentation, and contract administration.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and specific project management.
  • Manage time effectively for assigned jobs and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend meetings, provide progress reports, and contribute to maintaining office systems and processes.
Required Skills and Capabilities
  • Sound experience in contract documentation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural project delivery and BIM coordination.
  • Demonstrable skills in design, presentation, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Auto CAD, and other drafting software.
  • Effective organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
