About the Role
  • Lead multi-residential projects from concept to completion, maintaining design integrity throughout.
  • Manage teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver the best outcomes for projects.
  • Champion Revit and BIM protocols, ensuring documentation meets our standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Present confidently to clients and stakeholders, representing us with professionalism and impact.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
  • Registered Architect or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.
  • In-depth understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes for residential projects.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
