Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator/Documentor to lead architectural project delivery and BIM technical coordination within our Melbourne design office.


The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in contract documentation, project management, and BIM technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage architectural projects within the Melbourne Design office including client liaison, design, contract documentation, and contract administration.
  • Support the Principal or Project Manager in day-to-day operations and project-specific tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of time spent on assigned jobs.
  • Attend office meetings and provide regular reports on task progress and individual project updates.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Capabilities
  • Proven experience in contract documentation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural project delivery and BIM technical coordination.
  • Demonstrable skills in design, presentation, and technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Auto CAD, and other drafting and presentation software.
  • Effective organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills to manage project requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and client-focused skills.
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Computer literacy using Microsoft Office products and presentation software.
