About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Documentor/BIM Co-Ordinator to contribute to project delivery, working effectively with architects throughout each phase of design, contract documentation, construction and some contract administration duties.


As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will liaise with clients and stakeholders, alerting the principal - Project Director to any issues that need addressing. Additionally, you will contribute to procedural best practice and quality assurance, fostering effective team relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on architectural projects within the Melbourne office, including client liaison, design, contract documentation and some contract administration.
  • Assist the Principal or Project Manager in office operations and specific projects.
  • Manage time for assigned jobs, keeping accurate daily records.
  • Attend office meetings, providing regular reports to the principal on task progress.
  • Maintain office systems, processes and procedures.
