We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead complex projects, champion design quality and apply expertise in adaptive reuse and heritage contexts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead architectural projects through all phases of design, documentation and construction.
- Apply expertise in adaptive reuse, heritage contexts and complex urban sites to inform design approaches.
- Champion design quality in stakeholder meetings and coordinate preservation of key architectural elements.
- Registered Architect ARBV or overseas equivalent.
- 1-5 years post-registration experience in practice.
- Strong background in multi-residential, cultural, civic and adaptive reuse projects.
- Demonstrated experience working with heritage buildings and sensitive urban contexts.
- Leadership presence and ability to build respect across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
- Proficiency with Aconex, Revit, Rhino and project documentation tools.
