- Conduct outreach in remote and regional communities.

- Provide informal debriefing and support to colleagues to enhance wellbeing within a trauma-informed framework.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Experience providing trauma-informed counselling.
- Cultural competency and ability to work respectfully with First Nations communities.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to self-care and reflective practice.
