Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Services Professional to join our Multi Agency Protection Service team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality knowledge and expertise in gendered violence, complex trauma, risk assessments, and service responses.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of program objectives for SA Health
  • Provide effective support to individuals experiencing domestic and family violence
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals, other departments, and community agencies
  • Develop and implement training programs for health staff on working with people experiencing DFV
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification giving eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing risk and using professional judgement
