This person will be responsible for managing client relationships, building strong connections with clinicians and reception support, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries, including client appointments, room availability, and staff meetings and supervision.
  • Liaise with management to set priorities and guide the administration support team.
  • Support communication between clinicians and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiencies as the practice evolves.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Three to five years' experience in office management or senior reception roles
  • Understanding of Medicare, private health insurance, and third-party health providers
  • Familiarity with allied health software systems, particularly Zanda
  • IT literacy
