
Senior Policy and Practice Lead

This is a senior leadership position that plays a key role in shaping policy and practice in restorative engagement.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent practice and effective management of complex issues.
- Analyze data, synthesize information, and provide high-level briefings, reports, and presentations to support program objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Recent experience in a leadership capacity with strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver participant-centered services and coordinate programs.
- Extensive knowledge of trauma-informed practices and methodologies.
A qualification or relevant experience in public policy, social work, or equal opportunity is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide authoritative advice on policy and program matters to support workplace reform.
- Monitor program performance, analyzing data and synthesizing information into concise briefings and reports.
- Support the Senior Manager, Restorative Engagement in leading a team to ensure consistent practice and management of complex issues.
