Practice Administrator Position

As a skilled Practice Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team.

  • Manage corporate secretarial duties
  • Correspond with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • Lodge income tax and Business Activity Statement (BAS) returns
  • Collate documents and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including diary management, typing, and bookings

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
