You will:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations, setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure goals are met.
- Drive patient satisfaction through exceptional customer service and smooth appointment scheduling.
- Oversee financial management, including tracking budgets, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
- Optimize practice systems, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead marketing efforts, including patient recalls, reactivations, and referral generation.
- Support and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Jump into dental assisting or reception roles, when necessary, to support the team.
