Global Mobility Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing global mobility programs and providing strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, with the potential to adjust working hours. We encourage open discussion about flexible work arrangements.

  • Deliver end-to-end solutions for employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
