As part of our global mobility team, you will play a key role in moving talent across the globe and transforming the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces. Your main responsibilities include:

Comprehensive Tax Advisory & Compliance Services
  • Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Enhance talent mobility while minimizing costs.
Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation
  • Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.
  • Contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise
  • Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting.
  • Assess individual tax residency.
  • Prepare tax returns and equalization settlements.
  • Evaluate employment tax categories, including audit readiness and governance.

To succeed, you should have:

Mobility Program Leadership
  • Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
Client & Communication Excellence
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees.
  • Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness
  • Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries.
  • Showcase flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase innovative solutions.
