As a key professional in global workforce solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless international deployments and talent mobility experiences for clients' global teams.

This position involves working closely with partners, clients, and candidates to develop and expand Talent Mobility Solutions. You will collaborate with immigration experts and the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition for clients' prospective employees relocating to Australia.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills and expertise in HR, recruitment, or customer relationship management to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners, candidates, and internal teams to streamline operations, maintain KPIs, and ensure a consistent experience for clients and their new employees.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, working closely with Immigration Business Partners and managing relationships with channel partners to meet client needs effectively.
  • Brief sourcing partners, ensure only high-calibre candidates who meet both role and visa requirements are presented.
  • Support sales efforts by attending client meetings and industry events, providing expert insights on mobility processes, and showcasing Talent Mobility Solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive professional experience in global mobility, immigration, recruitment, or HR within the international mobility sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external clients, and consistently achieving positive results within established timeframes.
  • Strong ability to collaborate within cross-cultural teams and drive successful outcomes with diverse stakeholders, including international partners and government entities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking, managing a high-volume case load, and addressing time-sensitive tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced project management and document management capabilities, ensuring compliance with immigration and regulatory requirements.
