
Global Talent Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Mobility team. As a key member of this international network, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of global workforce management.
Your expertise will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions that enhance talent mobility, while ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will work closely with HR, payroll, and other teams to deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance services.
With a strong focus on client relationships and communication, you will provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work and contribute to global workforce planning. Your ability to manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travelers will be invaluable to our clients.
- Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Prepare tax returns, equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories, including audit readiness and governance.
- Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travelers and provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.
- Mobility Program Leadership: Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services environments.
Achieving Success in This Role
To excel in this position, you will require:
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Tax Laws & Regulations: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting global mobility.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to complex tax and regulatory challenges.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
