Job Title: International Talent Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our clients and helping them succeed in a globally connected world.

About the Role:
  • Cross-Border Expertise: Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle to enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
  • Tax Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
  • Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
