We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing global mobility programs and ensuring the smooth movement of talent across borders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services. They will possess strong client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs and deliver high-quality service.
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
- Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
- Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
