About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager at Duck Creek Technologies, you will be responsible for managing and developing multiple medium/large OnDemand and OnPrem accounts. This role requires a high performer who is SaaS revenue focused, with excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage 3+ medium/large OnDemand or OnPrem accounts, developing and fostering trusted relationships with customers and SI partners.
* Meet with customer leadership teams to understand their business goals and strategic priorities, preparing customer success plans with an eye toward future sales opportunities.
* Stay up to date with the latest features and updates of Duck Creek's suite of products and services, conducting review sessions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Track renewals through their lifecycle, highlighting potential risks and building strategic account plans to ensure success.

What You'll Bring:

* 4+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, with experience in customer-facing, service-oriented roles.
* Strong leadership experience and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present technical solutions to prospects and customers.
