About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Media Expert to join our Customer Success team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales cycle, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and partners across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Deep Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our advertiser and agency partners to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure their ongoing success with Spotify's products.
  • Client Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fielding requests, questions, and providing direct communication throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle.
  • RFP Response and Media Planning: Own the response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and develop media planning strategies across all buying channels to meet client objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization and Reporting: Regularly participate in client meetings to deepen relationships, provide high-value engagement, and optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs and desired outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner with internal organizations to structure campaigns that meet client needs and deliver desired results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital media, planning, and/or buying.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the advertising ecosystem.
  • Customer Service: Reputation for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Sales and Storytelling: Ability to translate client requests into recommendations that meet business objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working with CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 AUD per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The role is based in our Sydney office and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
