Summer F&B Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our fantastic team at the Pool Bar on a part-time basis during the summer season. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional service to all guests.

About the Role

You will be warmly welcoming and serving our guests, being an expert on the hotel, and meeting and connecting with our guests to give them an experience beyond their expectations.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders, and service delivery.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies as needed.
  • Maintain immaculate service areas at all times.
  • Promote safety and support WHS practices within the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in food & beverage service is highly desirable.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA) is required.
  • A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Barista skills are advantageous, and knowledge of beverages is desirable.
