Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in a pool bar setting. This is a seasonal role, providing support during the summer months.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in the pool area, clearing tables and sun loungers after use, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in the pool area, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service standards.
  2. Clear tables and sun loungers after use, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  3. Maintain accurate records of transactions in our MICROS system and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction with each meal or beverage served.
  4. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment.
  5. Perform closing duties, including restocking items and ensuring all areas are clean and secure.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, with a high level of physical fitness.
  • Familiarity with MICROS systems and point-of-sale technology.
